Multi-Media Story Camp at the Morrill Homestead in Strafford, VT, invites campers (12-17) to make a short documentary story featuring the life and history of  Justin Morrill.

During the camp, we toured Justin Morrill’s house, carriage barn, orchards, gardens, and ice house. We also visited Strafford’s Post Office, Historical Society, Town House, Cemetery and Morrill Memorial & Harris Library.

Campers learned about photography and video techniques, audio recording and interviewing over one week.  Eventually each camper makes a storyboard of their ideas and begins the process of editing their stories.
